Lyrics: Sunday Morning by Tauren Wells
(Woo!)
Come on!
It’s Sunday morning, y’all
Let’s give Him praise
Hey!
Early in the morning sunshine on my face
Got a praise on my lips, yeah, I feel his grace
Got my church clothes on, can’t waste no time
Spirit in the air, joy’s on my mind
I hear the choir singing while I’m on my way
Hands in the air, yeah, I’m ready to pray
Something about Sunday hits different, oh Lord
Every step to the door, I want You more
I got my Bible, got my song
Heart wide open, can’t go wrong
It’s a holy celebration
Feeling that anticipation
It’s a vibe, yeah yeah, on a Sunday morning
Hands lifted, praises are flowing
Joy in my soul, I can’t sit still
Gotta give Him praise ’cause He’s been too real
It’s a vibe, yeah yeah, on a Sunday morning
Hands lifted, blessings keep pouring
Ready for a move I can’t deny
Feeling brand new, Holy Ghost on high
I see the ushers smiling, saints lined up
Pastor bringing that word, my spirit filled up
Something about the fellowship, something about His name
Every Sunday morning, I’m never the same
(Can’t stop!)
(Can’t stop my praise!)
(No way!)
(Hands to the sky!)
(No way!)
(Yeah got the joy that the world can’t give!)
(Y’all ready?)
It’s a vibe, yeah yeah, on a Sunday morning
Hands lifted, praises are flowing
Joy in my soul, I can’t sit still
Gotta give Him praise ’cause He’s been too real
It’s a vibe, yeah yeah, on a Sunday morning
Hands lifted, blessings keep pouring
Ready for a move I can’t deny
Feeling brand new, Holy Ghost on high
SUNDAY MORNING,
(Yeah! Hey!)
Talk to ’em, Pastor Mike Jr.
SUNDAY MORNING
(You might as well smile, ’cause in the end, they’ll say)
I feel alive
Holy Ghost FIRE
(Hey!)
SUNDAY MORNING
Sunday morning
(Hey!)
It’s a vibe, yeah yeah, on a Sunday morning
Hands lifted, praises are flowing
Joy in my soul, I can’t sit still
Gotta give Him praise ’cause He’s been too real
It’s a vibe, yeah yeah, on a Sunday morning
Hands lifted, blessings keep pouring
Ready for a move I can’t deny
Feeling brand new, Holy Ghost on high
When I think of the goodness of Jesus and all that He’s done for me
(Come on, we gotta go)
I can praise all day
I don’t want to miss the choir, man
Get your Bible
(Yeah)
Suit kind of fly
(It is)
Tie fly
(I like it)
Shoes fly
(Oh yeah)
Know I’m bout to be on time
Come on!
It’s Sunday morning, y’all
Let’s give Him praise
