Lagos-born creative and multi-instrumentalist EmmaOMG, alongside his electrifying ensemble The OhEmGee Band, delivers another masterclass in indigenous praise with “OhEmGee Faaji Friday 8.0.” Released on July 23, 2026, under OhEmGee Ltd, this live music project infuses classic Yoruba hymns and high-energy praise medleys with vibrant Highlife grooves, talking drums, and contemporary Afro-gospel fusion, transforming traditional worship into an uninhibited, joy-filled celebration.
The project seamlessly moves through grand orchestral-style entrance processionals, soul-stirring congregational hymn revisions, and dynamic praise jams. Producer EmmaOMG, backed by assistant producer Ola Pressplay and guest artist Mike Abdul, leads The OhEmGee Band and Choir through seamless arrangements mixed and mastered by SoundMindPro and EmmaOMG. Across the entire set, EmmaOMG’s infectious charisma and signature live arrangements encourage listeners to dance, reflect, and give unreserved thanks.
